  Hotel is in great location. Room was lovely and cool in extremely hot weather, also very clean. Roy and Natalia were very friendly and very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. As were all the other staff. Can't fault anything.

  I had the pleasure of staying here for four nights this week, Premier Inn Plus room 509. I was there for a very intense busy week of business in London and Leeds and returning to this room and sleeping in that bed was everything I needed it to be. The new Premier Inn 2 mattresses are just so comfortable, I even checked out their website and I fully intend to buy one! Only four stars for the room because the mattress protector was for a standard double bed, it was way too small small so I had to strip off the bedding and remake the bed so that the mattress protector gave at least some basic comfort - so fit a proper size mattress protector for a 5' bed not a 4'6" bed and I'll give you five stars. Staff are very nice, very helpful and the food, oh boy my Salmon was so perfect! Bromley South Station right across the road made getting into London and my connections to get up to Leeds painless. Car parking is a bit tight, it's a bit of an antiquated underground car park with very narrow ramps so watch out for your wheels on the kerbs but only £5 per 24 hours. I will definitely be staying here more often. Thanks PILB

  Alloggio qui regolarmente da qualche anno ormai, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, l'albergo l'ho trovato migliore rispetto ad altri premier inn in cui mi è capitato di stare. La posizione è comodissima per poi spostarsi in treno o bus

A special thank you to Mr. Roy, such a kind and professional person, always welcoming us with his lovely smile and great service. His positive attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

  We consider ourselves very fortunate to be staying here. There is ample (underground) parking at the hotel special rate of £5 per 24 hours. Our rooms are spacious and the beds huge and very comfortable. The team are all so friendly and helpful, if we ask for something (like an iron and ironing board) we never have to wait long. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. Having air conditioning in the room is a luxuery we had not expected, but very much appreciated. The breakfasts are awesome (not so good for the waistline😁) the hot food is well cooked and there is so much choice, I don't have to wait long when I ask for porridge and the portions are very generous. With Bromley South station just a short walk away and numerous bus services, including two SuperLoop services, the hotel is in an excellent location for visitors to London. The Chrchill theatre is a few minutes walk away, the Vue cinema a few steps across the square from the hotel, the Glades shopping centre (offering numerous high street brands and independent shops) also a short walk away and there are all sorts of eateries to choose from in Bromley so, there really is something for everyone. We might have to extend our stay and will be very happy to do so. We think the hotel offers excellent value for money and we cannot recommend this Premier Inn highly enough.
